誰かが芸能ニュースというのは全て３流のニュースが出てると言い張っているんだけど、

うみねこが乗っている東京の電車の中では、

なんか１流のニュースで、日本国第１級の重要事項が掲載されてる

って宣伝してるんですけど。


”第１級の重要事項を読まなくていいんですか？

サッカー選手のなんとかさんが、夜中自分の彼女を蹴ったとかって・・・殺人事件ですよ！！

第１級のニュースですよ！！！

あの・・・お前も、あの女みたいにサッカー選手に蹴られたいんですか？

それでね・・皇后様がね・・・

え～と、違うの愛子様がね・・・スイスの学校に通ったほうがいいんじゃないかと思うの。

みんなどう思う？

やっぱり普通貴族だけはスイスの貴族学校に通うものなのよ。お金あるわよね？”

皇太子のお嫁さんのオワダマサコっていう人ってこういう感じに見える。

週刊誌のポスターの　雅子様　っていう文字を見ると、いつもなんかすっごい紫の閃光が見える。

美智子様はちょっと印象が違う色が出る。

しかし、他人には見えないものだ。

エリザベス女王が話したほうがいいんだよな？アメリカとかっていう国にある町の人の話とかな？

見えないけど見える。




バイオリンの人　”マリア様がなんとか・・・”と言ってた。
その話を聞いた日本の皇太子様は誰なのでしょうか？

1.Preface

Note Water in the United Nations.

In the past East Japan and Pakistan in Nepal and the West flooding in the flooding, I would like to pray.

It is possible greater importance nor one with deeper the UN  Water on Water will be Water.

2. How people feel and hope about water –from literature in Japan and the world–

The field felt writing intellectually.

What we feel.

2.1 Water in Japanese Waka and Haiku (short poems)

Poems Waka might understand people's feelings.

In the early dawn
When the mists on the Uji River
Slowly lift and clear
From the shallows to the deep
The stakes of fishing nets appear*

Nets symbolize the Water increase This poem.
The poem was incerted.

Every dawn, more rice withers
People cannot but cry for water
As if a baby cries for milk
May clouds beyond the mountains
Reach the ocean
And cover the whole sky
To give us showers

It may have “Acts of Dragons”.

2.2 Water and disasters in ancient world literature

Flooding is an area of Iraq.

It is a small plate should have the same length to Noah's Ark in the Bible influencing over one impact.

3. From aspirations to action –Development of relations between people and water in medieval and early-modern Japan–

Feelings had a direct impact,people have gained knowledge under such an willingness.

I would like to introduce some cases from medieval to early modern Japan in which water was deeply related to the people and formation of their society and economy.

3.1 Relations between people and water in Medieval Japan – Visiting the Kaseda Manor in the Kiinokuni region

It was privately owned lands it was called people.

Region is well-known as it clearly shows River.

You can also see paddy fields in the center, temples in the upper right, and communities in the left and along the main road.

What made this enlargement of paddy fields?

In small ponds provide enough water for larger areas that were built to fill the gap.

It were used  water weirs that were diverted

I was deeply impressed by the process through which people's wisdom.

3.2 “Kishu Method” and “Kanto Method” in early modern Japan

Water in this local area changes Japan by this “water success” which created the foundation of agricultural development in pre-modern Japan.

In the water course,local water weirs were followed by rapid population growth by this process in which water played a critical role.

4. New driving force for turning aspirations into reality – Development of science and technology in the 21st Century and its impact on disaster management

Water were like influenced in the field.

Life comes first when people's lives from disasters and information observe the earth from the sky.

Water put into the areas of disaster where ground-based rain data are not available.

Importance for people to understand the meaning of disaster information,clouds developed over Japan below the sea water level,

the sea water level will rise by 0.65 meters to 1.3 meters in 100 years.

OECD flood impact and it has proposed to improve water.

One of the most important water requires multi-faceted approaches of elements include governance.

5. Exploring better relations between people and water

Where intertwined with the nature.

People and water of a nation , I hope these opportunities to learn to solve water problems.

A lot of improvements have already been achieved. 663 million people still lack access to improved water sources. 2.4 billion people do not have access to improved sanitation

It is increasing from poverty.

The poem reminds me of a town of Toyama where majestic Mt. Tateyama stands in the background, overlaying the town. People sprinkle water to enjoy cooled streets in the summer. Water benefits us in many ways. Mountain streams are turned into water for drinking and agriculture. Shortage or excess of water, on the other hand, has a negative impact on people and their lives. I will continue my efforts to bring about a world where people can live peacefully and happily as depicted in this poem.

別記事を書いていて関連動画がたまに見つかるんですけど、
今、この記事の更新・・・って思ってはいなかったんですけど、
それで「ちょっと思い出して」っていってるのは外国の首相かなぁ・・・
そういえば年末辺りから、アフリカの人が日本語の歌をゴスペル風に歌ってみた動画も大量にアップロードされていました。

少し前に書いたSOUL LOVEな翼の計画3　の囲碁の席の話で、

囲碁の席の片側は、オバマ大統領が座ることになってしまいました。
もう一方には中国の皇帝が座るそうなんですが、日本人の席は、皇帝側になってしまいそうです。
東芝EMIと契約しているAnsonHuという歌手のことは、私は疑問だったんですけど、
もう少しいい中国人紹介してもらえないかなとか普通思いますよね。
でも、対局相手に周囲の中国人からの誘導もあって、最終的に楽曲「皇帝」を作った人ということになりました。

その方の隷属国として日本という（国？）があるということで、
日本の皇太子様が国連で演説をした内容が、上記のリンクにあるそうです。

その妃と言うことで、小和田雅子さんがいるならいいということになるのかなと思いました。
一応、オバマ大統領と同じハーバード大学で、同じ英語話者なんですけど、
私の想像では、小和田さんはディズニーランドに住んでいないのかもしれないです。

アメリカのハリウッドスターと同じ話に入ってそれも囲碁の席で中国側の話に入れちゃうと言うこともできるみたいです。
