[シカゴ　７日　ロイター］　シカゴにあるオバマ米大統領の自宅の隣りに建つ、築約１００年の邸宅が１４０万ドル（約１億３０００万円）で売却された。不動産業者が７日に明らかにした。
不動産業者は「買い手の身元については明かせない」としているが、シカゴ出身者で同物件の改築を予定しているという。

　現職大統領の自宅近くの物件であることから、現地を出入りするには検問を通らなければならないなど、今回の不動産売却は、容易なものではなかった。
