Annaberg bei Mariazell is near Mariazell but different town.

what is "bei Mariazell" meaning?

The town is enclosed by mountains in the map but large and nice.

Because the mountains are skiing ground.

And the village of Bärnbach is far south of Mariazell.

I happened to see the picture of St.barbara church on internet.

His name is Friedensreich Regentag Dunkelbunt Hundertwasser.

His father is Ernst Stowasser and his mother is Else.She wasCzech Jewish woman.

House of Hundertwasser come from Silesian.Joseph Maria Stowasser is his relatives.

He liked drawing and painting,he developed artistic skills early on. After the Second World War,he spent three months at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.

He left to travel.He was using a small set of paints he carried it at all times to sketch anything.  Hundertwasser's first commercial painting success was in 1952-3 with an exhibition in Vienna.

He became a professor at his alma mater since 1981.
