日本政府とアメリカ政府は所在地が違うので、

普段、日本政府は日本人しかいないこじんまりした場所だと思っています。

日本語だけ喋っていてそれが当たり前で他の外国の話は、全然聞こえない。


「郵便局に外人来た。」あー・・そのくらいはしょうがないのかなぁ。


日本の外務省にはアメリカ人スタッフが1人もいなくて変。

なのかよく分からないんですけど、

ある仕事をしている場所に入った途端、突然、「日本政府の職場の椅子にはアメリカ政府のスタッフが一人も座っていないのがおかしいんだよ。」と思う状態になって、

いつもそんなこと思ってないはずなのに変だなぁ・・・夢でも見てるんじゃないのか？

というぼんやりした感覚。


アメリカに関わりたくても英語が分からない。

っていうか、日本人は、アメリカ人じゃないから、アメリカの仕事はないはずなんじゃないかなー？

ところが、アメリカ政府は「日本政府を認める」と言っているそう。

全然認められている気がしない。
それともアメリカ政府は、日本政府にアメリカ人とかそのほか外人の座るところがないって言ってるのかなぁ？

アフリカ人がスペインに働きに来る時何か制約を設けて欲しいわ。

スペイン人もアフリカ人から食べ物と民族固有の言語と労働をする機会も奪われて自由が全く無くなると思う。






そういう恐ろしいウガンダの人が日本のカフェでコーヒーを売っているのを見ました。
